Plastic Surgery patients who work with Dr. Eric Humble are in the caring hands of someone who is living into a missional approach to medicine – a person of passion and vision who believes that the work of plastic surgery is the work of life transformation. 

Dr. Cedeno Laurent is an Ivy-League trained dermatologist and immunologist with extensive expertise in cutaneous oncology, complex medical and cosmetic dermatology using surgical and non-surgical methods.

Houston Dermatology and Plastic Surgery is proud to present our female Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Mirtha Gonzalez. Dr. Gonzalez is Nicaraguan by birth, Texan by choice, and Plastic Surgeon by training. Her life-long passion is treating patients to help improve their physical and mental well being.  

One of the most outstanding achievements in life is developing unwavering self-confidence in yourself and your abilities. Not only will this allow you the opportunity to achieve anything you set your mind to, but it will also nurture your inner beauty, shining it outwards for the world to see. Dr. Lin Humble is a firm believer in this sentiment and uses her unique abilities and enhanced patient care regimen to foster it in her clients as well.

Dr. Azar is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist and works with Dr. Humble on every surgery case. Dr. Azar completed her medical education and residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and has been in private practice since 1995. She joined Dr. Humble’s surgery team in July 2014 when he opened his in house operating room. She is a member of multiple professional organizations, including Harris County Medical Society, Texas Gulf Coast Society of Anesthesiologists, and the Texas Society of Anesthesiologists. Dr. Azar lives in Sugar Land with her husband and their three children. She speaks four languages: English, French, Arabic, and Spanish.

Katie has known Dr. Humble long before she started working with him, through Little League and Select Baseball. She has been a Perioperative Nurse in our operating suite, performing spa procedures, and injecting Botox and HA fillers for almost eight years. Prior to joining the Sugar Land Face and Body team, Katie worked in Labor and Delivery at Ben Taub Hospital and OB/GYN Education at Baylor College of Medicine. Her education started with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, to which she added her RN and has been nursing since 2007. Katie lives in Sugar Land with her husband and their three children.  She most recently earned a Masters in Nursing in the Family Nurse Practitioner tract at Loyola University New Orleans, and sees medical and cosmetic Dermatology patients at our Cinco Ranch office.

May is the cornerstone of our Med Spa with her extensive skin care knowledge and implacable commitment to customer service. She has worked alongside Dr. Humble for over 5 years and loves to see her clients’ skin transform and their confidence grow. May has received advanced training in CoolSculpting, Microneedling, and Ultherapy. Her other specialties include Hydrafacials, Micro Peels, Fractora and Forma. She is also great at creating skin care regimens to alleviate her clients’ skin concerns.
